We are delighted that you are interested in participating in the 2024 International Conference on Smart Grids and Power Systems (ICSGPS 2024). To ensure a smooth registration process and an enriching conference experience, please carefully review the following guidelines:
1. Registration Categories:
Regular Participant: Open to academics, researchers, industry professionals, and other interested individuals.
Student Participant: Available to undergraduate and graduate students. Proof of student status may be required during registration.
2. Registration Steps:
Access the conference website and navigate to the "Registration" page.
Choose your registration category (Regular Participant or Student Participant).
Select any additional items you wish to add to your registration, such as workshops or social events.
Provide your personal information, including full name, affiliation, email address, and other necessary details.
Review your registration summary and proceed to the payment page.
Complete the payment using the available secure payment methods (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
3. Payment Information:
For bank transfer payments, please ensure that the full amount is received after deducting any bank charges or transaction fees.
A payment receipt will be sent to your provided email address upon successful payment.

4. Confirmation:
Upon completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and payment receipt. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email (digital or printed) to the conference venue for on-site verification.
5. On-Site Registration:
On-site registration may be available during the conference, subject to seat availability. On-site registration payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.
Upon completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration details and payment receipt. Please bring a copy of the confirmation email (digital or printed) to the conference venue for on-site verification.
5. On-Site Registration:
On-site registration may be available during the conference, subject to seat availability. On-site registration payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card.
Registration Fee
RMB 3,600 per paper (for regular authors);
RMB 3,400per paper (for student authors);
RMB 300 per page (for additional page; from the 6th page);
The registration fee includes the paper layout fee and comes with one complimentary offline conference attendance slot (no refund will be given if not attending offline). Registration fee for participants is RMB 1,500 per person (including material fee, venue fee, meal fee; transportation and accommodation are self-funded).
