▷Author Guidelines
Thank you for considering submitting your research to the International Conference on Smart Grids and Power Systems (ICSGPS). We have specific guidelines tailored to ensure a smooth submission process and to make ICSGPS distinct from other conferences. Please carefully adhere to the following guidelines while preparing your manuscript:
Double-blind Review Process:
ICSGPS employs a double-blind review process. In this process, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept anonymous from each other to reduce potential biases and ensure an impartial evaluation of the manuscript. This helps maintain a high standard of academic integrity and impartiality in scholarly publishing and conference proceedings.
Dual Submission Policy:
ICSGPS does not allow the submission of papers that have been previously published in workshops, or in other conference proceedings.
Multidisciplinary Perspectives:
ICSGPS welcomes submissions from diverse disciplines related to smart grids and power systems. We encourage authors to incorporate interdisciplinary approaches and highlight the broader impact of their work.
Energy Efficiency Consideration:
To align with the conference's theme of sustainability and energy efficiency, authors are requested to discuss the environmental implications of their research and potential contributions to a greener future.
Ethical Considerations:
Authors must ensure that their research adheres to ethical standards. This includes proper citation of sources, obtaining permissions for copyrighted material, and providing appropriate credit for collaborative work.
Supplementary Materials:
Authors can include supplementary materials, such as videos, images, or additional data, to enrich their submissions.
Language and Formatting:
All submissions must be in English and follow the specified formatting guidelines provided on the conference website. Properly formatted papers will be given priority during the review process.
No-show Policy:
Authors whose papers are accepted must ensure at least one of the authors attends the conference to present the work. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from future ICSGPS events.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can help maintain the uniqueness of ICSGPS and contribute to the advancement of smart grids and power systems research. We look forward to receiving your submissions and welcoming you to the conference!
Note: These guidelines are subject to change, and it is essential to refer to the latest guidelines available on the conference website before submitting your manuscript.
